Fatestar, able to see for the first time since she was a kit, blink rapidly at the sudden flare of light that invaded her eyes. Even in the darkness of the cave, there was enough light that she had to pause and take a moment to compose herself.
Come. The voice called again urgently. Fatestar, pushing through the pain, padded deeper into the darkness. Her eyes adjusting to the light, she gazed around at the walls. Shimmering with water and something else that she couldn't pinpoint. She was now in complete darkness. The cave stretched back further and further, but something in her told her to stop walking. In front of her there were three podiums void of anything. From the darkness, an old, blind, rather ugly looking female cat walked up and touched her nose to the stone. Fire erupted from the stone and Fatestar's eyes widened in fear, but the fire stayed where it was. Two other cats looking exactly like the first padded up. The second touched her nose to the second stone and more rock sprung out from the smooth stone like a mountain. The third touched her nose to the third stone and a flower blossomed out, more beautiful than anything Fatestar had ever seen.
She knew what she picked would determine the fate of her Clan. The fire could bring distruction, the rock could bring hard times, and the flower could bring new life that could affect their own. The fire could also bring brightness, the rock could keep the Clan solid, and the flower could make their life beautiful. What to pick, what to pick. Uncertain, she walked in front of the fire and looked up at the old cats.
"I pick fire." She decided and the three cats nodded. The fire disappeared in a flash, followed by the rock and the flower. The old cats walked deep into the cave and Fatestar soon lost sight of them. She turned around and started back to her Clan. As she walked, her vision left her once more and she was blind again when she returned.
Bluestar was the first one to set paw on FateClan soil. FateClan was made up of very little soil and a lot of rock. The cats walked through the territory, Darkwater close behind Bluestar. They entered the well known FateClan cave, the darkest of caves and home of cats that no one knew much about. The cave was pitch black, making it nearly impossible to see.
"Bluestar." The name echoed off the cave walls. Fatestar padded up, walking on a high rock, so that she was looking down on the cats. Her blind eyes watching the cats. "I knew you would come." She sang in a strange high pitch voice. She walked down the rock, so that she was in front of the cats. Her blind eyes drifted to Darkwater.
"Oh, you bad bad boy, you. The troubleeeee." She sang and her eyes landed on Rosedapple.
"Oh dear, so much passion, so much anger, so much...blood." She gave a small gasp and took a step away from Rosedapple. She looked at Starsong.
"You might think yourself too good for others, the victim if you will, but perhaps...not quite." She smiled in a knowing way.
"Dear Bluestar, how long it's been since I've seen your people. And GreenClan. What exactly is it you want to know?" She asked, knowing exactly what they wanted.
Rainyfur looked around nervously. I better shut up. She thought, not wanting to interrupt such great moment that was probably going to be marked in history. She was a bit glad Fatestar didn't notice her. I'll just stand he- Her thinking got interrupted by the feeling of something soft brushing against her shoulder. Looking back, she almost let out a scream. Goldentail was sniffing her shoulder, like if she was looking for something.
"No diseases here!" Goldentail chirped before moving on to Rosedapple. Her small nose carefully sniffed the she-cat's shoulder a few times. "Neither here!" Goldentail purred, padding towards Darkwater. Now, she sniffed his shoulder a few more times than the other cats. "I doubted for some seconds, but you're clear." She said cheerfully. Bluestar's turn. Goldentail hurried up to her, sniffing her respectfully. "You're crystal clear!" Goldentail purred again, louder this time. But then, it was Starsong's turn. Goldentail almost skipped towards her with happiness, sniffing her shoulder in look for anything harmful. Goldentail's happiness poofed away, yet her face didn't show it. She stopped sniffing, stepping away and muttering something nobody understood. Soon, a smile appeared on her face. "They're not a threat for the clan." The Medicine Cat meowed to Fatestar before running out of sight.
But what they didn't notice was that the words Goldentail muttered out were "You have a severe case of serious trust-loss disease."

"Much thanks, Goldentail!" Fatestar called to the medicine cat, laughing slightly at what she had said about Starsong. Fatestar suddenly fell silent and got a far off look on her face. She spoke with a voice that was not her own, but spoke in volumes.
The land of starry skies and bushes of rose will soak the Clans with blood
Only one will win the prize of which was already given away
Two pairs of two hearts beat as one in separate chests, three hearts intertwined in a bond that cannot ever be broken
The silent one will be the one to perish in blood
The peaceful will be bathed in flame and chaos
Leaders will rise and fall, standing on the bodies of their neighbors or choking on their own blood
Midnight will strike and launch the world into chaos
And the world will be forever changed
Fatestar shook her head and her blind eyes searched the faces of the cats.
"Was that not what you wanted to her?" She challenged.
Bluestar's jaw dropped open in horror. She knew as well as the other Clans that FateClan was indifferent to the Clans and their fighting, so she took their warns very seriously. Blood had been mentioned more than once in the prophecy, which bothered her a lot. Leaders will rise and fall, standing on the bodies of their neighbors or choking on their own blood. That was unsettling. The land of starry skies and bushes of rose. Could that be Starsong and Rosedapple? GreenClan will start a war? What prize? Who has the two pairs of two hearts? And what is the bond that cannot ever be broken? Who is the silent one? Which Clan is peaceful? FateClan? Surely Fatestar wouldn't like that. How will their lives be changed and when will the war start? Too many questions flooded Bluestar's mind at once. She knew coming to FateClan was a bad idea. They had too much power, too much knowledge, and that power could be dangerous.
Darkwater swallowed. Was he the prize that was already given away? Did it mean his love for Rosedapple? Or his obligation to Starsong? Who was the fourth heart? Were the three hearts him, Rosedapple, and Starsong? If so, what is the bond that cannot ever be broken? This was too much for Darkwater to handle. He underestimated the power of FateClan and the knowledge they held. He had assumed they knew nothing more than a little into the future and would tell him who he would marry, not all this blood.
Starsong looked at her sister. She figured out that she was the one who would die in blood. She hated this idea. but if it was her fate, she would need to take it as it is. She must do first find a way to get out of her future marriage. She had nothing to lose form fleeing form this, But she had everything to gain. Rosedapple could have Darkwater, to which her sister was truely in love with. Form this whole rant of Fatestar, what she took out this. She would die, she would betray her clan. Her sister and her betrothed would be together. Starsong would betray her clan. And a war was coming. A war that would destroy all the 10 clans that lived in this region. there was nothing anyone could do to stop it.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 22:58, May 24, 2015 (UTC)
Fatestar looked directly at Starsong as if sensing her thoughts, but quickly averted her gaze and looked around at the other cats as well, so not to give too much away.
"Well, well, well. So much betrayal going on in such a small group of cats. Busy busy busy." She said rapidly. Fatestar knew better than to give too much away, if she gave it away to them, she'd have to give it away to everyone. And where was the fun in that, really? A small part of her prophecy bothered her. The peaceful with be bathed in flame and chaos. She recalled during her leader ceremony. Picking fire over the stone and the flower. She could still see in her memories the fire as though it was seared into her brain.
"Do send my best to the other Clans and to BlueClan and GreenClan, I would love to see Lilacstar and the others again. Well, not actually see." She gave a cackling laugh, but quickly composed herself. "Yes, they all need to come see me, or else it's not very fair, is it?" She gave the wicked grin of a mad cat and giggled to herself. "Oh yes yes yes. The Clans. The 10 Clans. So much to come!" Fatestar laughed and began to pad into the darkness.
"I do hope I see you soon, Bluestar. In one piece." Her voice echoed and Fatestar was gone.
Bluestar stood with her mouth hanging open.
"We should leave." Bluestar told her companions and started out of the cave.
"So should we go?" Starsong said. "Afterall if there is a war we should be parpared." She said without emotion. After all, Sh e wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. She hated that she would have to wait until her time was right to slip away. She wouldn't be here for the war, she knew that.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:25, May 24, 2015 (UTC)
"Yes, we will leave. But there will be no war. FateClan cats are crazy and don't know what they're talking about." Bluestar grumbled. She knew they shouldn't have gone to see the FateClan cats.
Sightflare, the deputy of FateClan walked up and pulled Rosedapple aside.
"There will be much suffering in your future." She insisted, blind eyes wide. "You might not think so right now, but there is so much love and passion, but much blood and betrayal in the days ahead. Tread carefully and take care of those you hold close to you and those you don't." Sightflare nodded to the cats and walked into the shadows, following her leader into the darkness.
Rosedapple's eyes widened. She didn't really know what this cat meant. She was sure it wasn't good.

(Those cats will RP in ... somewhere now probably BlueClan)
Duskpelt on the edge of the territory. He might not be able to see, but he could still walk around, feel the rock on his paws, and listen to the world around him. He was one of the lesser burdened cats. He had the power to see the past instead of the future and fate, so he couldn't really screw anything up, because everything he knew already happened. It made him one of the more normal cats, because he wasn't constantly seeing things he wished he hadn't and he didn't have to hide much from anyone from fear it would alter time.
Velvetpaw had finally made it to the edge of the ten clan's territory's. she only had to go though FateClan's territory, and then she was free. She saw a cat on the egde of his own territory. She didn't want to fight to get away form him. She if she had to she would.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:03, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Who's there?" Duskpelt called, looking around with blind eyes. He could sense it was a cat on the territory. And near. FateClan cats didn't learn to fight in apprenticeship, they learned how to control their visions, so that it didn't overtake them and drive them insane and so that they knew what to give away to other cats.
"Velvetpaw" Velvetpaw said. She was scared to met one of the cats of FateClan. Velvetpaw had heard that they were blind. But she never thought that they would look like this tom did. He looked simplely beautiful.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:26, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt's eyes drifted to where he heard the voice.
"Velvetpaw? The apprentice that wandered from PinkClan?" He asked, remembering a vision he'd had about a she-cat sneaking away from home.
Velvetpaw giggled. "Yes Mister know-it-all." She said cheekily. She pawed the earth beneath her paws. Velvetpaw knew that these cats had the ability to see The past or Present or sometimes the future. Though she never knew they'd be know it all. "So You know who I am, but who are you?" She asked him.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:33, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Duskpelt of...well I can assume you know from FateClan. Considering you probably know the Clan territories and...I'm blind." Duskpelt smirked.
"Yes, I do know that you are form FateClan." Velvetpaw said sweetly. "I have a question, Can you See things that happen in your past?" She asked him. "Like, See see?"
00:39, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"You mean do I know what you look like?" Duskpelt asked, confused.
"I mean can you see what everyone and everything looks like?" Velvetpaw asked.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:42, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"If I see it, I know it. So, yes." Duskpelt replied. He might be blind, but it seemed like a small loss compared to everything he'd seen.
"That's good!" Velvetpaw said with a laugh. "So I guess your a warrior"
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:49, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Yes, but it's not very hard around here. Don't be sad Velvetpaw. Why does it matter?" Duskpelt asked, confused.
"Becasue everyone else is and I will never be able to be one" Velvetpaw said upset. "If I was never able to be a warrior, then I won't be fully grown."
00:53, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Well now you truly never will since you ran away." Duskpelt replied sourly. "You should go back, running won't help." He said and began to walk away.
"If I go back I won't have a future, You might be able to see the past, but you can not tell me that running isn't the answer, because in truth you don't know the answer." Velvetpaw said turefully.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:01, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"How will you know if you do not try?" Duskpelt snarled." Perhaps you are not getting your Warrior name, because you are acting like a kit." He felt bad after saying it, but didn't take it back.
"I have tried, I have tried three times," Velvetpaw snarled. "And each time I fail." Velvetpaw dug her claws into the ground with annoyance.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:07, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"When at first you don't succeed, try, try again. It's a very common saying, but I see you're too stubborn to listen." Duskpelt sighed.
"You try watching all your friends get their names," she stated. "Try watching three different groups go though their training and become warriors. You try seeing that happen everyday, and knowing that you will never be good enough for it"
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:12, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Well then what's your plan? Die in the wilderness? If you can't pass the Warrior exam, you can't do it out there." Duskpelt pointed out.
"I can die trying, It's better then being a burden of everyone else, the one they look at with pity." Velvetpaw said knowing death was her fate, it was everyone's fates.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:16, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"I don't look at you with pity." Duskpelt laughed.
"Then why wish for me to go back?" Velvetpaw retorted.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:23, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Because you aren't safe out here." Duskpelt shot back.
"Better death then Disgrace." She snapped at him.

Duskpelt shrugged. "Don't get mad at me." He said.
"I'm not!" She said simple. "We are agureing."
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:37, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"I was stating. What do you want from me, then?" Duskpelt asked, somewhat annoyed.
"nothing" Velvetpaw said. "Just to get though your territory without being stopped." She commented to him.
01:41, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt hesitated. "I'll be wondering what happened to you." He said.
"After a while you'll be able to see." Velvetpaw said simply.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:43, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Maybe, maybe not. I don't get to pick." Duskpelt said pointedly and flicked his tail.
"Well, Since you've already seen me, Chances are you'll be following my trail" Velvetpaw said. "So to speck" She added with a giggle as she tapped her tail on his shoulder.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:46, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt looked around blindly. "I wish you wouldn't do that." He gasped.
"Touch you?" She asked touching his head instead of his shoulder.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:51, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt purred a little, but caught himself. "No, run around, I-I can't keep up." He breathed.
"Sure you can! You just need to know where your going" Velvetpaw said with a smile.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:57, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"I know where I'm going, I just can't....see you." Duskpelt muttered.
"No, but you can smell and hear" she stated. that was all he needed after all, Sight was only a thing to see stuff with, without it, well It couldn't possibly make that much of a difference, could it?
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 02:01, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Yes..." Duskpelt said slowly. "But not when you run around."
"Yes, but" She tackled him to the ground. "you can still tell when I am touching you" she whispered into his ear.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:17, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt purred. "Yes, that I can tell." He said huskily.
"See!" she said laughing and getting off. "And who needs sight after that?" Velvetpaw said swing her tail back and forth. "Anyway, I should be going" Vevletpaw said waiting a moment to go though the territory.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:21, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt shook the dust off his pelt and turned to where he assumed Velvetpaw was.
"Don't leave. You'll die out there." He countered.
"and then where should I go?" She replied. "I can't go back home" She said sadly looking at her paws. though she didn't really want to return.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:27, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt was at a loss for words, outsiders weren't allowed in the cave, not that an outsider could survive in the cave. The Clan surely knew that he was here with Velvetpaw. A Clan with seers was impossible to keep secrets from. "I-I don't know. I'm not supposed to pick sides." He struggled.
"Someday, at some point, you will have to pick a side, Who you love and care for, and who you don't" Vevletpaw stated. "Peace never lasts and it's not the opposite of War." Velvetpaw giggled. "It's creation" She smirked, hoping she stumped him.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:33, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt shook his head. "The Fate of my Clan has already been decided. You're Fate has, mine as well. All been decided. That is why we do not pick sides. We are the balance. Equilibrium. It's how the world survives. War and Peace are indeed opposites, creation is just the product of them. Is it Fate if I help you? Is it Fate if I let you go? You never know unless it happens." He replied philosophically and shrugged his shoulders.
"You never know until you pick a side, You can not sit on the outside looking on at the horrible things happening around you." Velvet stated. "There are ten clans, 9 who fight, So not matter what, everything will be unbalanced, unless the tenth takes a place in the fight. There is no balance." She said plainly because it was true, without the tenth they would always be at odds with each other. Black was their colour, she knew that well, Black was all the colours, but none of them as well. They were the end, but also the beginning. Without them all ten clans were incomplete. But with them as nothing more then fables, they were no use. "Fables don't act, don't speck, don't feel, for truly, they are nothing more then that, Myths, easily forgotten." she said with a slight smile.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:46, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"FateClan doesn't fight." Duskpelt snarled, getting angry.
"Yes they can." Velvet said. "I will teach you!" Velvet giggled. "It's really easy, and not that hard."
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:52, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"My people are blind for a reason. To see that which no other can. War, famine, prosperity, we know it all long before you. And I, I know what happened. I know the secrets behind the fall of societies, of leaders, of Clans. I know that long ago, back when the nine Clans were 2, Dark and Light, that there was an affair between a Dark cat and a Light cat. They were both murdered. I know that the first leader of BlueClan, the original Bluestar, killed herself, because she could handle her mate with another she-cat. I know it all." Duskpelt snarled.
"She should have killed him, betrayal should be dealt with death." Velvet said with a fire in her eyes. Walking along side Duskpelt.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 23:58, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
"Said exactly like one of the nine. Why should I bother helping you." Duskpelt asked, almost to himself, disgusted.
"What good did her own death do the clan?" She snapped. "nothing they had to find anther leader. " I would have killed them and then myself if i wanted to kill myself anyway" she stated. "Besides, once your dead your dead, nothing good happens after that." She growled at him.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:09, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
Duskpelt sighed and shook his head, unfortunately, he was so focused on arguing that he hadn't been staying aware of his surroundings and walked head first into a tree, sending shockwaves through the branches. He fell to the ground and just staying there, letting the pain take its toll.
Velvet shrieked, "Are you ok?!" she asked panicking.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:14, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
Waves of pain passed through Duskpelt's skull and down his spinal cord. He felt what he assumed was blood trickling down from a cut on the top of his head. He couldn't remember the last time he had run into something because of his inability, probably when he was a newly blind apprentice.
"Ok, I'm gonna try and drag you to your camp." Velvet stated before picking him up the scruff and began to drag him back to his camp, following his old scent trail.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:19, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
"No, no, you can't be in there." Duskpelt gasped and pulled away from her, curling into a ball on the rocky ground.
"Better me near there than you dead." she told him. "So stop being a kit and let me do what I need to do." she hissed before picking him up again and dragging him into his camp.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:22, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
Fatestar was the first one to sense the cats.
"What did I tell you, Sightflare, that boy did exactly what I assumed he would do. He's doomed us all. Don't you come any closer, darling!" She called, directing the last part to Velvetpaw.
"If you mean the 'boy' who hit his head and needs your help then yes, He doomed you all." Velvet said angrily. "So Instead of leaving him out there to die, like a good cat would, I decided to bring him here to get help form your medicine cat." Velvet said flicking her tail back and forth.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:32, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
"He's fine, FateClan cats are born to run into things." Fatestar said and laughed at her own joke."No, but seriously. We are now doomed, because of him, because of you, because of the two of you." She sang. "The fire, the flames, the torment, no game, we are all very rightfully doomed. The two of you, blind cat, seeing cat, cats of different colours, different lives, different...morals. Yes, you have doomed doomed doomed us all. Yes, you did."
"Sure, you know, Me not letting someone die, has doomed you all!" Velvet said with a laugh. "Could you tell me the way out of your territory? I'd like to get on with my life." she meowed.
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 00:45, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
"Oh no no no you can't leave now, it's already begun. Yes, you are stuck stuck stuck here with us. Of course we can't keep you here, you are free to leave leave leave, but you won't, because the feelings are too deep deep deep. What if he dies while your gone? That would be bad bad bad. Yes, I think you'll stay right here with Duskpelt." Fatestar said, smiling.
"No no no, I won't won't won't" Velvet said mockingly. "I'm going to go go go, because I have a life life life to live" She said hissing as she turned around to get out of camp. "goodbye, goodbye goodbye creep cat, Have fun dying of of of...."
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:00, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
Just at that moment, Duskpelt doubled over in pain and let out a piercing scream that rang loud in the caves. Fatestar suddenly turned dark, no longer light and funny.
"You would do well to listen to your elders, apprentice. Don't presume to think you know better than I know. The Fates have tied Duskpelt's life to yours, he needs you whether you think you know it or not. I don't mess around in the affairs of the other Clans, but seeing as though you are meant to be here, I'll let it slide just this once. You can live in the outer regions of the caves, where light is, but you must take Duskpelt with you. Don't test the Fates, apprentice, or you will get more than what you bargained for." Fatestar said threateningly, no longer seeming like a light, crazy she-cat. The shadows behind her seemed to expanded, darkening the semi-light area they were in.
"What?" Velvet asked. "what is going on?"
This is Cat Game of Thrones Cotton! Of course it's complex! 01:08, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
"What's going on is that the Fates are angry with the Clans and there will be blood. Rivers of blood. You have feelings for Duskpelt, I can see it, he can't, but he will. You are in this war together now. One cannot survive without the other and together, they will form a bond that not even Fate can destroy." The last part was a prophecy, a powerful, dark one that could only come in dark times. Fatestar glanced down blindly at Duskpelt's writhing body on the ground
"Tick-tock, Velvetpaw, tick-tock." Fatestar said darkly and padded into the darkness.
"what am I to do!?" she asked out loud.

Goldentail carefully walked towards her den. It was rather difficult, tripping on rocks and some tails now and then, but she at least made it. With a large cloud of worry tormenting her mind and soul, she managed to lay down in a dark spot she used to relax easily, which was the very end of the den. There sat all the herbs the medicine cats used to treat the known diseases. Some supplies were running low, some were enough to heal the entire clan if needed. Goldentail shifted around uneasily like an angry wolf. What exactly did those poor BlueClan cats did to deserve that destiny? Fatestar probably meant a terrible war, and the most violent in the entire ColourClan history. The cries of pain coming from innocents, deep wounds staining the ground with blood, cats missing limbs, tails, eyes, pieces of skin... They all stirred in Goldentail's mind. And the tragedy wasn't even happening!
Squeezing her grey, blind eyes shut, Goldentail swatted her paws over her ears and gritted her fangs. "I can't just sit here knowing there will be deaths in masses! I-I need to do something!" She yowled, her tail flicking on the cave's floor. Deciding to stand up and act, Goldentail lifted her furry body off the ground. "I'll go talk to Fatestar. Yes, that will probably soothe down my own thoughts for some time." She commanded herself, making her way towards the known leader's den and sitting on it's exterior, pricking her ears up to detect the sound of pawsteps coming towards her way. It was just a matter of waiting and hoping that those pawsteps were Fatestar's.

Velvet brought him out of the camp. And sat with him, hoping, praying that he would wake up form his slumber, and recover for the hit in the head he took. She won't admit it to anyone, not even herself, but she liked him, she really really liked him. She wanted to get to know him more so then any other cat she had ever known. Velvet nuzzled her face into his fur and stayed there as she breathed in his scent.

Duskpelt groaned and scrunched up his face in pain, but quickly shook off the feeling and opened his blind eyes.
Velvet, sensing that he had waken licked his face. She didn't know why she felt close to him.

Duskpelt's senses were all over the place, he didn't know who was touching him, he blinked rapidly as if blinking faster would make him see what was going on. He opened his mouth to say something, when he stopped mid breath as if someone had punched him in the chest. All of his muscles tensed as he prepared for the vision he knew was coming. He never told anyone, because he was always off on his own when the visions came, but they caused him pain, as though the image of the past was being carved onto his brain. He let out one gasp of pain, when the vision overtook him. Images flashes through his mind.
It was a long time ago. A she-cat and a tom. The tom was blind, the she-cat was not. The tom and the she-cat were running, trying to escape from unseen enemies. The tom stumbled several times, unable to see in front of him and the she-cat always went back to help him. The she-cat turned to the tom and stopped running, she was obviously carrying kits. She looked worn out, she told the tom she couldn't go on anymore without harming the kits. The tom argued that they had to run or the kits would be dead. The enemies, other cats, all with sight, closed in. The tom did his best to fight off the attackers, but it was too much for him. An enemy slashed the tom's throat open, letting the blood soak the ground. The she-cat was screaming and crying. She raced over to the tom and wept over his body, promising to keep their kits safe. The enemies closed in on the she-cat...
Duskpelt screamed in agony as the vision ended and he thrashed around on the ground before collapsing on his side, panting heavily.
"What's wrong?" Velvet asked, watching him.

Duskpelt clenched his jaw, trying to fight off the lingering pain.
"My...visions...the past..." He panted.
"I'm sorry" She said licking his face once more.

"They're...getting worst." Duskpelt winced, feeling close to tears. He was exhausted.
"It will be alright." She whispered snuggling close to him, hoping that her heat would make him feel better, even if it didn't, it was nice for her"

Velvetpaw's closeness surprised him, but he couldn't resist the purr that rose up from his throat.
"Should we take you inside?" Velvet asked him sweetly. She wanted to make sure ntohing else happened, and she didn't want to sleep outside.

"There's a small shelter near the edge of the territory, we can go there." Duskpelt decided and rose shakily onto his paws, leading Velvet to the small cave.
Velvet followed him towards the camp. She had no other choice.

"We won't be bothered here, Fatestar leaves it alone for cats that need shelter." Duskpelt said and laid down.
Velvet nodded then realized that he couldn't see. "Yes." Then laid down. "It's rather bare," she said.

Duskpelt shrugged, used to the rocky ground. He pulled Velvet closer to him.
Velvet, unknowingly purred. She then began to fall asleep.

"What are you going to do?" Duskpelt asked and curled his tail around Velvet's body.
"Die" she whispered, before drifting into sleep

Duskpelt, full of memories of the vision he had, felt uneasy about it's meaning. Most of his visions were important in some form or another and he felt this would not be an exception.
Velvet snuggled next to him.

(Next morning timeskip)
Being blind was interesting to Duskpelt. Awake or asleep, he couldn't see anything but blackness, so sometimes he couldn't tell if he was awake or sleeping.
Velvet woke up in the morning. She smiled and then jumped on Duskpelt and nuzzled him. "Good morning!" she said smiling. Today would be a beautiful day.

Duskpelt woke up with a flinch, he wasn't used to other cats waking him up.
Velvet licked his face. "Let's go explore!" She said happily.

"What's the point in that?" Duskpelt asked, forgetting that she could see.
"Because, You get to know everything, get to feel everything, find the best spots for everything. " She said giggling. For a moment she felt lucky and free.

"I'd much rather stay here. Alone. The two of us." Duskpelt purred, pressing his pelt against Velvet.
"We'd still be alone." she said with a smile.

Duskpelt's smile faded as he sensed the mood shift.
"Lead the way." He sighed.
Velvet smiled and went outside and started to smile even brighter a she caught scent of a mouse and went after it, killing quickly.

"Velvet?" Duskpelt asked, mildly panicked. He looked around blindly, trying to find her.
"Yes?" she said placing the Mouse on the ground.

Duskpelt let out a sigh of relief and turned to where he heard her voice.
"I couldn't find you."
"You need not find me, for I haven't left, Only moved slightly." she said going up to him an touching his nose with hers.

"Sorry, every movement makes me twitch."
"It's alright." Velvet smiled, "Listen and you will hear me." she said with a smile.
"What should we do?" Duskpelt asked, curious.
"We should explore!" Velvet said nicely.
"There's nothing to explore!" Duskpelt exploded. "It's rocks and sand around here and I know FateClan ground like the pad of my paw."
"Well, Maybe you're wrong" Velvet said sweetly.
"I live here." Duskpelt reminded her sourly.
"There is nothing here then, but still doesn't mean we can't explore!"
"Velvet! I can't leave the territory!" Duskpelt yelled, getting angry.
"Well, we can explore here!" Velvet said smiley. "Let's go to the sea! I've never been to the sea!" She said sweetly, but still excited.
Duskpelt tense up, but he nodded stiffly and walked in the direction of the sea.
Velvet smiled and ran so far ahead, that she had to sit and wait there for Duskpelt to catch up.
Timberdusk sat alone in the Warrior's Den, brow furrowed in concentration. Remember...Remember...Remem- "Timberdusk?" She lifted her head and scented the air, reconizing her sister's scent. "Mistflower. Can I help you?" Mistflower nudged her shoulder. "Come on, come out of the den and walk with me."

Fatestar sensed the two sisters.
"Hello, hello, hello, girls. Going out to enjoy the day?" She asked, smiling.
Mistflower turned her head to the direction of Fatestar's voice. "Yes, thank you!" She purred happily. Timberdusk scowled. Well, she sure has gotton over Stormfrost quickly. But i won't forget her, if I can just remember...Timberdusk closed her eyes again, tuning out Mistflower's babble. Why can't I remember that day?

"Stay safe, danger is coming." Oakpaw told the she-cats, trotting up beside them.
Mistflower turned. "What do you mean by that?" She asked, her tone laced with a thread of concern.

"Uh, duh, the prophecy. Death and blood everywhere. The Clan of the peaceful bathed in flame? Ring a bell? It's abuzz in all the 10 Clans!" The apprentice yelled. "Plus, I see a little shadow following everyone in my visions. I wonder what it's there for."
Mistflower stopped walking. "Oh, right, of course. Wait...shadow? What shadow?"
Even a white rose has a black shadow 03:40, January 31, 2016 (UTC)
"I don't know, just a dark shape. It didn't seem normal, but we can't see, so what does normal look like, anyway?" Oakpaw said.
Mistflower shuddered. "Ooh, that's kinda spooky. But it's whatever! Anyways, nice talking to you, but Timberdusk and I should get on with our walk. Bye!" With that, she trotted off towards the cave entrance, Timberdusk trailing behind her. Oh, what an airhead of a sister. Timberdusk thought grumpily. She was already in a bad mood, and Mistflower's shrill voice and way too perky attitude was not helping.
